Brancho fruit and vegetable rolls are convenient and healthy apple-based snacks with a wide range of fruit, berry, and vegetable flavors. To make a delicious fruit roll, we carefully mash apples with the fruit or berry and dry the mixture at the temperature of up to 45°C. We do not boil the fruit mix. As a result, this does increase the time it takes to dry the mix, but in this way, we retain most of the vitamins and nutrients.
